Agreement: I hereby certify that I am 18 years old or older, that the
information I will give Heart Express Profiles is true and correct, that I understand
there can be certain grave or even life-threatening dangers to me from corresponding or
meeting people through Heart Express Profiles, that I assume full and complete
responsibility for any injury, accident, or other difficulties arising from my
participation in Heart Express Profiles, and that I release and hold Heart Express
Profiles, its owners, agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims and damages,
whether it be caused by myself, by any other person, or by the ordinary negligence of
Heart Express profiles, its owners, agents, or employees. I understand my membership in
Heart Express cannot be loaned, shared, or
transferred in any way; if someone else uses my membership, it will void my
membership with no return of fees paid. I further certify I have read this agreement,
understand its contents or have consulted an attorney for clarification,
can and will print a copy of this contract if I so desire, and that there are no other
existing agreements or conditions other than as set forth herein. This agreement shall be
construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. This contract
contains the entire agreement of myself and Heart Express Profiles and cannot be changed
except by the written consent of both parties.
